Customer Spotlight

I would like to introduce you to our new friend and customer, Bill Dennis of Peoria Illinois. Bill is a journalist running a free WordPress powered blog network for the Peoria community. So far I have learned about Bill that saying what is on his mind on his community news site, the Peoria Pundit and offering others the same opportunity by giving them a free blog of their own on The Blog Peoria Network seems to be what he is mainly about.

Extremely committed to citizen journalism, Bill’s vast experience in the newspaper business gives everyday people in his blog community a great resource from which they can draw new ideas and fresh perspective from someone who has “been there, done that.”

When Bill came to me for help, he was having major issues with his new web host that resulted in his network having to be taken offline. We worked together to bring it back as his frustration grew with each hour the network was down. Eventually, Bill said, “Move me to Idaho Web Company!”

Between us both, we were able to move blogpeoria.com to an Idaho Web Company server, work out the lions share of issues, and get it running for his community once again.

I wanted to put a spotlight on The Blog Peoria Project – blogpeoria.com here in hopes that it will help folks in Peoria to find and enjoy sharing in what I view as a tremendous investment by Bill in his local community.
